This website is operated by Glowriderz. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glowriderz. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Products & Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or violations of these Terms.

Due to differences in screens, lighting, materials, and application methods, final product colors and appearance may vary slightly from product photos or mockups.

Custom or personalized items may have minor variations and are considered accepted once the order is placed and approved by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Glowriderz to charge the provided payment method for your order total, including taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to verify payment information before processing orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Glowriderz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier may be considered fulfilled and completed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit delays, carrier mishandling, or delivery issues falls to the carrier.

Custom Orders, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All products sold by Glowriderz are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer order.

Because all items are custom produced and made-to-order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, including for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or change-of-mind purchases.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, customization information, sizing, colors, and shipping information before placing an order.

Glowriderz is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect sizing selections, low-quality uploaded images, or inaccurate customization information approved during checkout.

Order cancellation requests submitted BEFORE production has started may be approved solely at the discretion of Glowriderz and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover processing, design time, material allocation, payment processing fees, and administrative costs.

Approved cancellations will be refunded minus the 30% cancellation fee.

Production may include, but is not limited to, design preparation, file setup, material allocation, printing preparation, cutting, manufacturing, packaging preparation, or fulfillment processing.

Once production, printing, cutting, or manufacturing has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• The wrong item was sent by Glowriderz  
• The item arrives damaged due to our error  
• There is a verified manufacturing defect

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Glowriderz directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using evidence including:

• Order confirmations  
• Customer approvals  
• Tracking information  
• Delivery confirmation  
• Customer communications  
• Billing verification information  
• IP address and device verification

By purchasing from this website, customers acknowledge that they understand the product description, customization details, pricing, shipping timelines, and refund policy before completing checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Glowriderz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Glowriderz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order flagged by our fraud detection systems or suspected of unauthorized activity.

Communications Consent

By providing your email address or phone number at checkout, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from Glowriderz. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
