Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 1 day of delivery, provided that the item meets both of the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in original condition
  

• If you break an item you cannot return it

• if a item comes broken then you can return it but it has to have proof it came broken such as FedEx/ups demanded it damaged in transit.
• 25% restock fee

• Order Cancellations:

  • If your order has not shipped, but you want to cancel text us at 224-477-6562
    
  • All cancelation of items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Warranty
Limited 30-Day Warranty

Our 30-Day Limited Warranty is optional and must be purchased at checkout. Orders that do not include the warranty option are not eligible for warranty coverage.

The warranty is available only on select products and begins on the date your order is delivered.

If an approved warranty claim is made, only the defective or damaged component will be replaced. Replacement of the entire product is not guaranteed and will be provided only at our discretion.

Please note that not all warranty claims will be approved. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by crashes, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s performance
• Any issue determined to be outside of normal intended use

All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request photos, videos, proof of purchase, and any additional information necessary to evaluate the claim. Approval or denial of any warranty claim is at our sole discretion.
