Shipping Policy

All Glowriderz products are custom-made to order. Please allow 1–8 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Glowriderz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, customs delays, import fees, duties, taxes, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled and completed.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.
